Mallorca Championships announces FERGUS Group as official hotel chain partner of the tournament.

From June 18 to 25, world class tennis is returning to the Mediterranean.  Once again, the tennis world will look towards Calvia. In order to accommodate the players appropriately, the e|motion group proudly announces FERGUS Group as their new hotel partner. 

Signing of the contract between the two companies took place at the Tobago Hotel in Palmanova this week. Edwin Weindorfer, CEO of the e|motion group emphasized the importance of this agreement for the tournament: “Having an ATP tour event in Mallorca in June brings up certain infrastructural challenges. The island will be packed as we are already in the touristic peak season of the year. It makes us very proud to have a strong hotel partner with one of the biggest accommodation offers in Calvia. The high level of quality of the hotel perfectly fits our needs for the event. We are looking forward to a great partnership.”

Pep Cañellas ownver of the FERGUS Group also expressed his joy: “Entering a partnership between the FERGUS Group and the Mallorca Championships emphasizes our strength in Calvia and our commitment to the municipality. We are looking forward to working with one of the biggest and most prestigious sports events of the Balearic Islands.”

Related solely to the competition and the tournament organization, there will be 1,300 guest nights according to last year’s experiences. The 5-star FERGUS Style Tobago Hotel and the FERGUS Bermuda Hotel will be the official players hotels. Furthermore, the newly opened tent Hotel in Calvia, also operating under the umbrella of the FERGUS Group, will be accommodating tournament guests.
